Ron Sichel began his Autobody career when he was 16 years old. From his uncle to his late father, Autobody is in his blood. He started at Espinosa’s Autobody in the late 70s as an Autobody tech and painter. He then went on to manage Kassen’s in Healdsburg. After a number of years and a lot of hard work he began Sichel’s Autobody. It is Ron’s die hard work ethic, and extraordinary attention to detail that has brought Sichel’s Autobody to become one of the best shops in Sonoma County. Thru the years we have kept up with all of the education and training needed to become the best. Most of our employees here have over 12 years experience which gives us the ability to not only take care of your car, but take care of you.

	Michael General Manager  michael@sichelsautobody.com  Mike has been in the trade since the age of 16 in Detroit Mi, he moved to California in 1984 and began working as a detailer then body man including frame work and painting. Then from there into management with a number of estimating courses behind him, also worked as an independent appraiser. He got tired of the traveling, and has known Ron for quite some time; it was a good fit for Sichel’s. He is very good with customers and works well with insurance companies. He is very experienced with the in’s and out’s of the autobody repair world and knows what kind of work Ron expects: honesty, quality work & customer service.
	Lovisa Office Manager  lovisa@sichelsautobody.com  Lovisa recently moved to the California area with her military husband and has been working in the administrative/office field for over 10 years. She is very helpful to the customers, employees and insurance companies. She has great time management skills which is important for time sensitive matters. She has knowledge of vehicles and not afraid to ask questions if she doesn’t have the answer she will get one.
	SAMMY Collision Tech     Sammy has been in the Automotive Industry for over 45 years. He was born and raised in Laos and he had been working on vehicles with his brother since he was about 10 years old. After his move to America in 1980 he went to school and began to work in the Auto Body business. He joined our Sichel Family almost 10 years ago. Sammy is a master of his craft, from straightening frames, and fabricating backing panels to reassembling doors and troubleshooting the toughest of problems. Sammy takes great pride in his work and doesn’t stop until the job is “perfect.”
	ALBERTO Head Painter     Alberto has been working on vehicles for about 25 years. He started detailing cars with his father who was a painter in Mexico when he was about 8 years old. When he moved to America he continued to do detailing and began learning the process of painting vehicles. He joined our Sichel Family as a detailer, working his thru the shop but always shining in the paint dept. He is now our head painter and excels in color matching and blending techniques.
